This is Epic Weapons' licensed 2008 Frostmourne with laser-etched runes, not a later reproduction. Only the sword and sound wall mount are included; there is no box, certificate, or plaque.
Etching depth and blade weight are the checks collectors use to separate the Epic Weapons run from reproductions.
